Detailed information on mineral for sale No. 75233:

Mineral Species: Cerussite (trilling) with Hydrocerussite coating plus Calcite.
Location of mineral deposit: Tsumeb Mine, Lead Pocket, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia.
Description: Large transparent colorless cerussite crystals with white hydrocerussite coating on select faces plus minor white calcite crystals on rear. The cerussite crystals are repeatedly twinned at 60° angles resulting in a star-shaped group known as a trilling. The crystal edges show minor chipping and wear. Ex. Georg Gebhard (author of Tsumeb I and Tsumeb II, the definitive reference books on Tsumeb).
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3.5x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-22 mm
Price: $425 net (plus shipping).
